The Halley Academy student leaders are aspirational and motivated role models who demonstrate respect, resilience and integrity. They collaborate in leadership roles to continually improve our academy community.
Our student leadership focus has three main objectives:
To encourage students across The Halley Academy to seek additional responsibility, and to lead student participation across the academy community
To develop leadership skills
To ensure that all students are engaged in the student leadership/voice process with student leaders visible and accountable
We are now recruiting for the following Student Leadership roles:
- Head Student (Year 11)
- Personal Development and Welfare (KS3 or 4)
- Charity and Events Fundraising (KS3 or 4)
- Teaching and Learning (KS3 or 4)
- Sport and Competition (KS3 or 4)
- Tutor Group Representative
